1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order only before it has been shipped.

Once an order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation:

• Email us at care@ilyteyou.com with your order ID, or

• Contact our support team via phone/WhatsApp on our support number.

We recommend raising cancellation requests as soon as possible after placing the order.

3. Refund on Cancellation

• If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [5–7 business days]

4. Orders Already Shipped

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled

• In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable)

5. Company Rights

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability

• Payment issues

• Suspected fraudulent transactions

• Incorrect pricing or technical errors

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
