At I Lyte You, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of consumable goods, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, or defective

  • An incorrect product has been delivered

  • The product has expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible:

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  • Attach clear photos/videos showing the concern

Once reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable), or

  • Provide a replacement / refund decision

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund timelines are typically [5–7 business days] after approval

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Our products are consumables and fall under food category regulations. We maintain strict quality checks and comply with FSSAI standards.

We are not responsible for issues arising due to:

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Delayed consumption beyond recommended timelines

  • Individual taste preferences or sensitivities
