Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our logistics partners for delivery.

  • Non-metro locations: 3–7 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • We may offer free shipping on select orders, promotions, or minimum cart values

Shipping fees, once paid, are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor your shipment in real time.

If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:

  • Do not accept the delivery if possible

  • If already accepted, report the issue within 24 hours with photos/videos

We will investigate and assist with a replacement where applicable.

8. Partial Shipments

9. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across most locations in India. However, delivery may not be available in certain remote or restricted areas.
